APPLICATION FOR DIPLOMATES

Introduction

The European College of Laboratory Animal Medicine (ECLAM) will accept candidates to undertake Board Examination in Laboratory Animal Medicine. Candidates successfully examined will receive active Diplomate status.

You may also obtain an application package by mail from the ECLAM secretary.
The completed application with all supporting documents need to be sent to the ECLAM secretary

Deadline

November 1st of the year before the exam
For the first examination in 2005, the deadline for the application has been extended to December 1st, 2004.
The applications are evaluated on a rolling basis. Early submission is encouraged.

Fee

There is a nonrefundable credentials review fee of € 120.-. The examination fee of € 480.- will have to be paid after the candidate has been approved to sit for the examination. The college accepts bank checks or credit card payment.
