t.roger@vet-lyon.fr The French ECLAM Diplomates have conceived together with the Veterinary Schools a programme acknowledged as a French Veterinary Specialisation Diploma in LAS. The syllabus combines seventeen weeks of formal training, with working periods in animal facilities, over a three years period. The syllabus is divided in 7 standalone chapters, for which training referential is available. The programme can be undertaken after veterinary graduation, or as continuing education programme for researchers and veterinarians in biomedical institutions (partial or complete attendance). The trainees are individually coached by an ECLAM Diplomate, and are expected to conduct a research project.
